1. General Digital Goods Policy
SMM Looker offers intangible, irrevocable, digital goods in the form of subscription access to our SaaS API and database search engine. By purchasing a subscription, you acquire instant access to our aggregated search functionalities. As such, we generally do not issue refunds once the order is completed and access is granted.
2. Previewing Limitations
We provide a "Preview Search" capability on our platform so users can understand how our systems work, what data we provide, and experience our UI before making any financial commitment. We highly recommend utilizing this free preview function prior to purchasing a premium subscription to ensure the tool meets your expectations.
3. Subscriptions Paid via Crypto
Payments made using cryptocurrency (e.g., via Cryptomus) are inherently irreversible. We do not possess the ability to reverse cryptocurrency transactions. Therefore, all sales paid out via Crypto are strictly final and non-refundable under any circumstance.
4. Lifetime Licenses
Purchases of a "Lifetime License" are considered final. Since a lifetime license grants you permanent, unfettered access to our technology infrastructure essentially instantaneously, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after the purchase.
5. Exceptions and Contact
We understand that exceptions occur (e.g. duplicate billing errors). If you believe you were charged in error, please open a support ticket or email our support staff immediately. Dispute claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Opening unwarranted chargebacks with your bank without contacting us first will result in immediate termination of your SMM Looker account.
