3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our premium plans strictly provide search infrastructure capabilities, enabling advanced queries, removing rate limits, and allowing full visibility of provider details. Payments for subscriptions are handled by designated payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Cryptomus). All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account (especially lifetime access accounts) to any third party.

5. Data Accuracy

SMM Looker shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.
